Caraleigh contains an award winning Dog Park that was constructed in 2003.  The 1000 sqft dog park is a hot spot for meeting neighbors and letting your pups stretch their legs. Caraleigh Mills is one of the only condominium complex in the downtown Raleigh area that contains its own private dog run.  

Take a dip all summer long in Caraleigh's pool on the property.  It stays open all summer long and the community will typically hold its annual Memorial Day party.  Those dues are starting to look pretty attractive right about now.
